Mike Peyton is Chief Motorer & Vice President of MINI of the Americas. Mike came to MINI from BMW Motorcycles where he led the operations there. Before that he spent almost 10 years at Harley-Davidson after a stint at Ford. He tells us all about his career path, the future of MINI, and why working in the motorcycle industry was a great training ground for heading MINI in the U.S.
